She is called delivering candy.....and as you can see on my card, Winnie is checking out the village and the falling snow before she begins delivering her candy.



I tried a new technique on the fur of Winnie's Coat and Hat that Barbara Sproatmeyer shared in another group I am in......you can find her "how to" here
