Welcome back to Mistyblue's Creations and another fun Digi Choosday Challenge.

It is Christmas in July this week and it is hard getting into the christmas spirit when the temps outside are in the 90's......but here is Twiggy...wearing his sweet little Santa suit ....image has been colored with Copics and the fur on his suit was created with cotton balls...elements adorning the card came from the same collection....you will have endless possibilities...

 My teamies and I were challenged this week with
 "Christmas/Christmas Colors"
Really haven't been in a festive mood as of lately so I created another non tradional Christmas card using an image from Work & Play 10 Country Life download collection.  And to bring Christmas to the image I used papers from the 




Image was colored with Copics.

Lot's of Tags will be used this Month!

Welcome to Mistyblue's Creations!  Another week has passed us by over here at the doodle camp and that only means one thing.....IT IS

So make sure you head over to Digi Choosday challenge blog and take advantage of the incredible discount today!
Don't forget to grab your craft supplies and start your make to enter into our challenge....as you know by now if you have been here before is that it is always Anything Goes.  So there is no reason not to join in!!!
My teamies and I were challenged with adding a tag this week at PD and I used the fabulous Winnie in Winterland....I know, what a surprise.  I am so in love with this collection.





This card was made from the papers and embellies from this wonderful collection.  It was a breeze to print out, cut and layer onto SU cardstock.
I am starting to get excited about the move that will be happening completely on Dec. 3rd.  I have been bringing loads of things over in the car and unpacking what I can.  So far the kitchen is completed.....my craft things are going to be the last thing I bring....don't want the move to interfere!

Over here at the Polkadoodles hang out, it beginning to look a lot like Christmas.  It is funny, I am making lots of Christmas cards for my DT requirements but haven't thought about making them for sending out.  lol.....I hate parting with them!

For this weeks challenge, the DC teamie gang and I was challenged to make a creation for a Christmas Birthday.  I wanted to add Santa filling Christmas stockings.  All images and papers are from the Festive Christmas collection .



I just love all the collections from PD.  Being short of time lately....these sets allow me in making a wonderful creation without much fuss or muss.

As the tile asked about seeing spots....no spots here this week, I used stripes.  DC teamies had the challenge of using spots or stripes.  Here is another design sheet of embellishments and papers from the amazing Octavia Frosted Winter.
 


These kits that are available in the Polkadoodles store are so versatile and easy to use.  If you haven't done so already you may just have to get yourself one of the kits!

I changed things up a bit this week since the DC teamies had to use more than one layer this week. NO....I didn't use Winnie in Winterland....I know, what a surprise.  I am so in love with that collection.
No I used the Octavia Frosted Winter.  Another lovely collection. 







This is one of the designer sheets.  It was a breeze to print out several copies and layered them one on top of the other to add my layers.




I also used the corner dies from the Ribbon/gift frame die set.

Day 2 Release~PD Winnie in Winterland

Day 2 Release~PD Winnie in Winterland

Welcome back to day 2 of the new Polkadoodles collections release.  That's right, collection is plural!  Not only did Nikky create the wonderful Winnie in Winterland But she also created Baked with Love filled with yummy treats and gingerbread men/women.
If you head on over to the Store and purchase both sets.....you will get Baked with Love 1/2 price!

For today's DT inspiration, I again used the Winnie in Wonderland collection.





Aren't the papers just so lush?  I printed out several of the flower and Christmas bobbles and layered them on top of one of the Designer sheet papers.  Layered that on SU solid card stock and printed out on Ultimate Graphic 160 gsm paper from Polkadoodles.
